“Basic” Maintenance Plan

The "Basic Maintenance" plan is perfect for small business websites, blogs, and personal website owners that lack the skills to properly maintain their website or simply don't want the headaches associated with the process. The Basic Maintenance plan includes the following monthly services:

• WordPress core file and Database updates
• Theme & file updates
• Daily backups (stored off-net and on the cloud)
• Periodic Virus & malware scans
• Enhanced security & firewall protection
• Periodic Security scans
• Filesystem integrity analysis
• 24/7 Uptime monitoring
• Monthly status report

Requirements: Maintenance and service plans require administrative login access to both your WordPress website and your hosting provider. We may also need to set up a secure FTP account to allow direct filesystem access to your site.  Upon signup, please email your login credentials to supportpros@wp-prosupport.com. Be sure to use the email address you signed up with and include your name and/or subscription order number.

Month-to-month subscription - cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Service will continue through the end of the current 30-day period.
Early cancellation of 6-Month subscription - No refunds after the initial 30-day period.
Upon cancellation, any plugins installed, or enhanced security will be returned to pre-maintenance state. Backups will be stored for at least 30 days after cancellation.
