Secure Daily Backups

Your WordPress website and databases are backed up each night. We store the latest five backups safely and securely off-site on the cloud, and also on local WP-ProSupport backup storage units.

Recovery:

• In the event recovery becomes necessary, we will provide one or more backups and assist in the normal recovery process.
• If your WordPress dashboard is not accessable, a new basic WordPress install may be required before it can be fully restored from a backup.  In that event, we give you a $20 discount off our standard $75/hr. support services to help get your site restored.
  • We'll access your web hosting account where your website is hosted
  • Install the necessary WorPress core files and plugins to allow recovery
  • Restore your site using one of your stored backups. Full recovery is expected to take approximately 2 hours.
