Our monitoring and emergency support is performed 24/7. This means, if your site goes down, we jump in right away to quickly resolve the issue day or night. Our regular hours for business, billing, and any questions you have, are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday (Mountain Standard Time). Of course you can email us anytime and we’ll try to respond as soon as possible.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, or simply need to cancel your plan, just let us know and we will refund any unused portion of your maintenance subscription, no questions asked.
Do you offer a month-to-month plan?
Yes. Our maintenance plan subscriptions can be purchased on at month-to-month basis or annually (at a discounted rate). You can cancel or switch plans at any time. There’s no obligation.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, via Stripe and PayPal, for subscription plans. Other support services can billed and paid via check, Venmo, or PayPal. Depending on project size, a 50% down payment may be required.
